To apply for Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY in Delhi, follow these steps:
1. Visit mera.pmjay.gov.in
2. Click on PMJAY for 70+. You’ll be redirected to the beneficiary portal.
3. Enter your mobile number and the captcha code.
4. Verify using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Select Delhi from the list of states.
6. Check your eligibility — if eligible, your name will appear on the screen.
7. Click ‘Apply’ under the ‘Action’ column if your PMJAY card isn’t already issued.
8. Complete Aadhaar authentication using OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
9. Upon successful verification, you will be registered under Delhi Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY.
