A recent Delhi court hearing involving Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and others in the National Herald money laundering case got a bit spicy on Friday (April 25, 2025). The Enforcement Directorate (ED) wanted to throw some shade their way, but the judge, Vishal Gogne, was like, “Hold up, hold up, let’s not get ahead of ourselves here.”
The ED was all like, “Hey, we gotta let them know what’s up, issue that notice,” but the judge was like, “Not so fast, we need to make sure everything is in order first.” The judge pointed out some missing documents in the chargesheet and told the ED to get their act together before making any moves.
The ED tried to act all innocent, saying they were being super open about everything, but the judge wasn’t buying it. They decided to reconvene on May 2 to figure out what’s what. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like this case is just getting started.
