The Point : What are your thoughts on the stimulus plan coming ?
Pascal Lamy : What it must be emphasized from the outset, is that this stimulus plan in French is part of a european strategic framework. There is not a juxtaposition of two levels, with on one side a series of national recovery plans and the other for a european recovery plan. It is not any more in statements of intention. It is one and the same set, and this homogeneity in europe is a historical fact. This is good news ! This is a significant step forward, including in terms of efficiency.
