tragic-accident-at-llinois-after-school-program-fatalities-reported

So, like, four people, aged 4 to 18, got killed on Monday afternoon when some vehicle crashed into a school camp program in Chatham, Illinois. The state police were all, “Yeah, we don’t know if this was on purpose or what.” The victims were three peeps hanging outside the building and one chilling inside, according to the Illinois State Police.

There were other folks who got hurt too, with one person even getting airlifted to a hospital. The vehicle smashed into the east side of the building where the YNOT After School Camp goes down around 3:20 p.m. It hit some people inside and then busted through the west wall, according to the police.

The driver was the only one in the car and ended up in the hospital because of the crash. The state police are all over this investigation. The camp didn’t have anything to say about it right away. The street outside the camp was shut down for a bit. Chatham is like 12 miles south of Springfield.

This is all still unfolding, so keep an eye out for updates.
