I purchased three servers from Elite Server Management, expecting high-performance 64-core machines with a 1Gbps network connection as advertised. However, my experience was completely disappointing.
Elite Server Management is an absolute disaster! I purchased three servers, but my experience was a complete waste of time and money.
Horrible Performance – They claim to offer 64-core servers, but in reality, they perform worse than even 32-core machines. The servers are slow, underpowered, and clearly not optimized.
Terrible Network Speed – They advertise 1Gbps connectivity, but in reality, it’s barely 50Mbps. The network is completely unreliable.
Disgusting Customer Support – When I reported these issues, they ignored my concerns and did nothing to help. The customer support is beyond unprofessional.
They Threaten Customers Over Reviews! – After I posted an honest review on Trustpilot, they suspended my servers and threatened me, saying:
“We have suspended your server because of your review. Remove your Trustpilot review, or you won’t be able to use your server.”
What kind of unethical company does this? Instead of fixing their issues, they try to silence customers with threats.
This is the worst and most careless company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs!
