Power Electronics has established a free shuttle service for its employees, thus responding to the growth in staff that is expected in the coming months. For this reason, the multinational has designed a plan that facilitates the mobility of its employees through the implementation of eight bus lines that will connect more than 2,500 workers daily with its Llíria Campus (Valencia). The objective is to guarantee the safety in the displacement of the people who work in the organization as well as to suppose an economic saving.
In this way, the company wanted to go one step further and, in line with its purpose of making renewable energy with renewable energy, be consistent when designing this mobility plan that also helps reduce C02 emissions into the atmosphere.
In this way, Power Electronics joins the movement in which more and more companies are participating that decide to adapt their value proposition to current times by offering solutions that respect the environment and that are in line with the sustainability strategies set by governments and institutions. .
The company is already one of the main players in the energy transition and, due to the trend that marks its volume of operations, it will be increasingly so due, among other things, to the great growth of its electric mobility division. The multinational is currently in the process of incorporating more than 250 people into its production plant.
With this new action, defined in its 2022 Mobility Plan, Power Electronics will begin to provide service during the month of July and will cover the three rotating shifts that its production plant has, picking up workers at strategic points in the province.
According to Antonia Gil, Head of the Environment at Power Electronics, “this is one of the many measures adopted by the company to eliminate CO2 emissions related to Power Electronics’ activity.”
