So, like, there’s this dude from eastern Europe who’s been causing a whole lot of trouble. The leader of a neo-Nazi group, Michail Chkhikvishvili, has been extradited to the good ol’ USA from Moldova. Last summer, he got arrested for allegedly telling an undercover fed to dress up as Santa Claus and hand out poisoned candy to Jewish kids and minorities. The prosecutors are saying he’s facing all kinds of felony charges, like soliciting hate crimes and planning mass violence.
Who is this Chkhikvishvili guy anyway? Well, he’s a 21-year-old from Georgia who goes by the name “Commander Butcher.” Sounds like a lovely fella, right? He’s supposedly the head honcho of the Maniac Murder Cult, which is this super messed up group that preaches all sorts of hate against minorities and Jewish folks. According to the prosecutors, this group has been promoting violence through Telegram channels and even has a manual called the “Hater’s Handbook.” Real classy, huh?
Now, Chkhikvishvili has been making trips to Brooklyn since 2022, where he’s been boasting about attacking an elderly Jewish man and telling others to commit violent acts on behalf of his cult. But wait, there’s more. When an undercover FBI agent approached him in 2023, he hatched a plan to poison kids and minorities with candy. Yeah, you heard that right. He even suggested focusing on “dead Jewish kids” because apparently, Jews are everywhere in Brooklyn. This guy is seriously messed up, isn’t he?
Not really sure why this matters, but this Chkhikvishvili dude was finally nabbed in Moldova last July and has been stuck there until now. The Attorney General, Pam Bondi, is calling this case a reminder of the terrorism we’re facing today. She’s talking about these online networks planning all sorts of violent acts against innocent people. It’s a real scary world out there, folks. But hey, at least they caught this guy before he could do any more harm.
