Eggplant, peppers, zucchini and pumpkin are diced in just a few minutes, placed in a large stainless steel container and poured with garlic oil. It’s Wednesday morning, 11:30 a.m. Only an hour left and then the hungry mob will arrive, up to 500 students from the Hoheluft high school in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. “They love grilled vegetables,” says Lars Kötz.
