So, like, did you hear about that Judge Hannah Dugan situation? She got into some hot water with the FBI for allegedly helping out some undocumented immigrant, Eduardo Flores Ruiz. FBI Director Kash Patel spilled the tea on social media, then quickly deleted the post. Apparently, Judge Dugan was arrested on some obstruction charges, according to Patel.
The FBI swooped in and snatched up Judge Dugan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for supposedly causing some trouble during an immigration arrest operation. She supposedly steered federal agents away from Flores Ruiz, giving him a chance to escape arrest. Talk about drama!
The Department of Justice didn’t have much to say about the whole mess, but Patel made it clear that they’re not playing around. Luckily, they managed to catch Flores Ruiz later on, but not before he made a run for it. Looks like Judge Dugan’s actions caused quite the commotion.
Flores Ruiz was supposed to appear in court for some battery/domestic abuse charges, and things took a turn when he found out ICE was on his tail. He made a break for it, but the task force eventually caught up with him.
