He was arrested for being drunk in public and having some drugs on him. Crazy, I know. The dude is 37 now, and he’s still making headlines for all the wrong reasons. The district attorney’s office charged him with two misdemeanors, one for being disorderly with alcohol and the other for having cocaine. Like, come on, Haley, get it together.
Apparently, someone called the cops because they thought he was wasted at the ski resort. TMZ was all over this story, as usual. They said ski patrollers were already with him when the police showed up. And get this, there’s even a video of him holding up the line for the ski lift. Talk about causing a scene. People were getting annoyed with him, telling him to move out of the way, but he just ignored them. Classic Haley move, right?

The police confirmed that he got booked but he’s out of custody now. This isn’t his first rodeo with the law either. Back in 2006, he got in trouble for driving drunk. And in 2018, he apparently threatened some airline staff in Las Vegas. Like, what’s going on with this guy?
On top of all this drama, he also lost his home in the California wildfires earlier this year. His sister, Emily Osment, shared on Instagram that their parents’ house got destroyed too. It’s heartbreaking, really. Haley even posted about it on his Instagram, saying how much he loved that place and how everything was just gone now. Life can be so tough sometimes, you know?
