In addition to the heist-style gameplay, players will also be tasked with completing a new Quest that involves draining Fletcher Kane of his resources by stealing Bars from his banks and stashes around the Island. This nefarious character is levying a hefty tax on vending machines and paid porta-potties, and players must band together to thwart his schemes. Upon completion of the Quest, all players will earn a basic membership to the Outlaw faction, complete with an upgradable Outlaw Keycard that grants access to the backroom of Black Markets scattered across the Island.
