“Yuck, broccoli!” or “Ugh, spinach!” – many parents who try to feed their children healthily are familiar with such statements. The good news: It is normal for children not to want to eat everything their parents offer them, at least for a while. The fact that they refuse the lovingly cooked food can annoy and offend parents. But this “picky eating” often goes away and the children start eating a more varied diet all by themselves.
