“We know that people are now cautious about changing their existing contract and sticking with their provider to be on the safe side,” said Pop. “During the peak of the crisis, there were providers who simply canceled consumers from one day to the next.” It is still advisable to “look around to see if there are cheaper providers out there”. But it is important to make sure “whether the new provider is serious”.
