Mr. Talesnik, how homeless-friendly or hostile are German cities? Daniel Talesnik: My impression is that there are more and more measures in public space that hinder the homeless. For example, benches with armrests so you can’t sleep on them, and more barriers in general. This can be observed internationally, but also in Germany.
