The women’s team from Viktoria Berlin will be shown live on free TV in their top regional league game against Türkiyemspor Berlin. Sport1 shows the game on Sunday, November 13, from 2 p.m., as the broadcaster announced on Friday. Viktoria is currently in 2nd place in the Northeast Regional Football League. Against Türkiyemspor in the Lichterfelde stadium against one of the toughest competitors for promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga.

Six women led by two-time world champion Ariane Hingst took over Viktoria’s women’s football department in the summer. Swimming icon Franziska van Almsick was recently introduced as a member of the supervisory board.

The aim is to move up from the third-tier regional league to the Bundesliga within five years. Among the investors are well-known personalities such as Maria Höfl-Riesch, Carolin Kebekus, Nikeata Thompson, and Dunja Hayali.
