In Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland it will be mostly clear and dry on Tuesday. As reported by the German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach, Tuesday morning brought fog in places with visibility below 150 meters. The maximum temperatures are up to 20 degrees.
During the night of Wednesday, more clouds will gather and fog will form again, with visibility sometimes below 150 meters. Temperatures drop to as low as six degrees and strong gusts are possible at high altitudes.
The clear and dry autumn weather continued on Wednesday after the overnight fog cleared. The temperatures rise up to 24 degrees and a moderate wind also leads to stormy gusts in the high parts of the Eifel. During the night, temperatures drop to as low as eight degrees and it rains in places. Thursday will start out cloudy in the south before it often becomes clear and dry as the day progresses. The maximum temperatures reach up to 21 degrees.
