Cameron Diaz (51) jumps to the side of her co-star Jamie Foxx (56). The reason: Apparently there were rumors circulating that the actor was said to have spread a bad mood on the set of the joint film “Back in Action”. The speculation also claimed that Diaz never wanted to make a film again because of her colleague. Everything is not true, Cameron Diaz himself now explained, according to US media reports, in Molly Sims’ (50) “Lipstick on the Rim” podcast.

Diaz described Foxx, with whom she had previously worked on two other films, as a “cheerleader for the entire crew,” adding that “everyone loves him.” The actress explained: “Jamie is the best. I love this guy so much. He’s such a special person, he’s so talented and so funny.” She added: “We have so much fun with him on set and he’s just a professional on every level.”

Speaking about the rumors that arose in the days following Foxx’s medical emergency while filming, Cameron Diaz said: “I really hate everything that was said about our set. It just makes you want to shout something like, ‘What are you talking about? ?'” The actress, who returned from a decade-long break for “Back in Action,” was responding to rumors that Foxx had allegedly made her “give up filmmaking again.” Diaz called the collaboration a “great set” and explained that they only had everyday production problems.

Diaz also said Jamie Foxx is doing well. According to Diaz, he himself refuses to respond to rumors about what happened on the set of “Back in Action”, she called her co-star “stylish”. The actress explained: “He says, ‘No. Just leave her.’ We know the truth. Still, it really made me angry.”

Foxx was hospitalized in April for an undisclosed medical issue. His daughter Corrine, 29, revealed that he “had a medical complication” but was “already on the mend.” The actor retired for several months. He celebrated his return to the public in December.
