After Bayern Munich’s quarter-finals defeat by Manchester City in the Champions League, the international media largely refrained from mockery and criticism of the German record champions. There is talk of a “volcanic game” by Bayern, which, however, could not harm the “battalion of passion”. A Swiss newspaper considers Julian Nagelsmann’s change of coach to Thomas Tuchel to have failed: “All goals missed.”
