Inka Bause has now been exposed on the music show “The Masked Singer”. The pop singer, actress and TV presenter (“Bauer sucht Frau”) received the fewest votes on Saturday evening and thus just missed the finale of the ProSieben show.
After the unveiling, the 54-year-old demonstrated once again on the live stage how well she can adjust her voice. “I learned this from scratch. I enjoy entertaining people. It’s been an incredible journey.”
She cheered when she found out before the season that she was a toast. “I have the best costume. I was able to have water handed to me and pieces of paper with lyrics. The costume won the lottery.” With “Don’t be cruel” by Elvis Presley and “Tutti Frutti” by Little Richard, among others, Bause still lost out to the other wobbly candidates “Mystica/Diamantula” and “Frotteefant”.
Ruth Moschner was wrong: she had bet on actress Tanja Schumann, rate guest Sarah Engels had bet on comedian Tahnee. The audience also had these two stars on the list in the first places, but also Bause.
In the previous programs, in addition to “Tatort” star Jan Josef Liefers as a kangaroo, pop singer Marianne Rosenberg as a mushroom and TV presenter Daniel Boschmann as a raccoon and singer and actress Anna Loos as a seahorse had to leave the show.
In “The Masked Singer” celebrities appear as singers, but hide their identities behind elaborate costumes. They will be revealed as soon as they don’t get enough votes or win at the very end.
