For the first time after Princess Kate’s (42) cancer video message a few days ago, King Charles III. (75) held another meeting at Buckingham Palace. On Tuesday, the monarch met there with several leaders from various faith communities who are graduates of the Windsor Leadership Trust, a nonprofit organization with leadership development programs.

Several photos, including those posted on Instagram, show an attentive Charles, who wore a light gray suit with a light blue tie and white shirt at the appointment. He chatted animatedly with the Muslim, Jewish and Christian guests, sat down next to them at a large table and shook their hands.

Among other things, they discussed their leadership experiences in their communities in times of increasing international tensions. During his time as Prince of Wales and heir to the throne, Charles placed great emphasis on promoting tolerance and greater understanding between different faiths and communities.

Shortly before the meeting in the palace, he announced that Charles would take part in the traditional Easter Sunday service in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle with Queen Camilla (76) – despite his cancer treatment.

It was also said that the royal couple would be “accompanied by other members of the royal family”. However, heir to the throne Prince William (41) and his wife Kate would not take part in the service, wrote the “Daily Mail”.

The Princess of Wales made her cancer public on March 22nd. It was originally said that Kate would return to her royal duties from Easter. But given her chemotherapy, she probably won’t be back to appointments for a few weeks or even months.
