Defence minister Trine Team (S) has given its head of department, Thomas Ahrenkiel a job with home at the weekend, writes the Althing.
She has, in fact, asked his nearest officer to explain why that supposedly went more than seven months from The auditor general briefed the director of the serious regnskabsrod in the department of defense Ejendomsstyrelse, to the minister was briefed on the matter.
According to the Office of the auditor general has, in fact, both Defence Internal Audit and the department of defense Regnskabsstyrelse been familiar with the problems in the uk continental shelf.
And it is the minister aware of.
“Something has happened deliberately. It should be punished and reported to the police. And then there is something that is all about, that someone has had responsibility for some processes. It can also be really serious, if not they have lived up to the responsibilities that have been in their job descriptions,” explains Trine Team to the Althing, and continues:
“Finally, there are parts of this case, which is about the general errors which you have overlooked information which is accessed. The whole of the puzzle I am about to piece together.”
According to the statsrevisorernes president, Henrik Thorup, oriented to The auditor general, namely the director on this matter in april of this year, when The auditor general received a request from the whistleblower.
Trine Team itself was first briefed on the case late Wednesday night, after she had come home from the Nato summit in London and had been in television to tell about the results of the summit.
Thus had the minister known to the matter in a good 15 hours since the Althing on Thursday contacted the ministry for comment on the matter, as the Althing was the first to tell you about it.
36 hours after the minister had been informed was published by the auditor-general a report on the matter, which got the public accounts committee to express their allerstærkeste criticism.
