The former Premier League striker Neil Shipperley has been sentenced to 12 months community service, for having exposed himself in front of a mother and her 16-year-old daughter in a public place.

The 44-year-old Shipperley reported at the time, even to the police with the words ‘I have a problem’ after the incident, which took place on 17. september of this year in west London.

“Some people may look flashere as pests or nuisances to society. My view on Neil Shipperley is a predator. His goal was to scare us, violate us and shock us.”
In court, it emerged that Shipperley was both ashamed and embarrassed over the incident, but that he most of all regretted what he had done.
Neil Shipperley played in the course of his 15 year long career for clubs such as Chelsea, Southampton, Crystal Palace.
He stopped his active career in 2013.
