We live in an individualized society – and are allowed to shape our lives according to our own wishes. It’s nice, but it also takes a lot of work, one could say, loosely based on a saying by the German comedian Karl Valentin (“Art is beautiful, but it takes a lot of work”). In fact, many people feel overwhelmed from time to time by all the possibilities in their lives. Which next career step is right for me? I would like to be braver to live my life to the fullest! And how do I become more capable of relationships?
