Authorities recovered her entire body about 1 per cent Sunday, WJW-TV reported. She wasn’t wearing a life jacket at the moment.
Sidloski, of Strongsville, had just completed her redshirt sophomore season with the Bearcats.
She had been redshirted her first year as a professional in 2018. In 2019, she appeared in two games — among these at the Athletic Conference championship against SMU. She earned Academic All-AAC honors the subsequent season.
In 2020, she didn’t observe any actions because of an injury.
“I’m totally shattered for your Sidloski Family, our football club and the University,” Bearcats coach Neil Stafford stated in a news release. “There is no words for coping with a catastrophe on this scale. Ally was such a pillar of all that is right about our program. A fantastic pupil, gritty and resilient participant along with also a phenomenal human being this can be an immeasurable and weight reduction. Our hearts go out to her loved ones and friends and we’ll lift up them together with all our fond memories of Ally.”
Athletic manager John Cunningham reported that the”Bearcats family endured an intense reduction.”
