The nominations for the 65th Grammy Awards are in. The Recording Academy announced on Tuesday (November 15) the list of musicians who can hope for a coveted trophy on February 5, 2023 in Los Angeles. The field is led by US singer Beyoncé (41), whose album “Renaissance” brought her nine nominations.

Rapper Jay-Z’s wife (52) has been nominated in the categories “Record of the Year”, “Album of the Year” and “Song of the Year”. She made history: Beyoncé now has a total of 88 Grammy nominations, tying Jay-Z as the most-nominated artist of all time. No other musician can show more, according to the official website of the award ceremony.

Kendrick Lamar (35) can look forward to eight nominations, Adele (34) and Brandi Carlile (41) to seven each. Mary J. Blige (51), DJ Khaled (46), Future (38), The-Dream (45) and Harry Styles (28) are each nominated six times. The Swedish band ABBA, on the other hand, has been nominated for “Album of the Year” and “Record of the Year”, among other things.
