Musician Beyoncé (41) is going into the upcoming Grammy awards ceremony in early February with the best odds. Beyoncé has been nominated nine times, the recording academy announced on Tuesday. Rapper Kendrick Lamar has eight nominations and singers Adele and Brandi Carlile have seven each. Stars like Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled, Future and Harry Styles follow in the places.

Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, have each earned a total of 88 Grammy nominations in their careers – more than any other music star, according to the organizers.

The Grammys are scheduled to be presented for the 65th time on February 5, 2023 in Los Angeles.

Around 13,000 members of the Recording Academy decide on the winners of the Grammys, which are among the most coveted music awards in the world. Musician Jon Batiste, singer Olivia Rodrigo and duo Silk Sonic won the Grammys this year. The gala was moderated by comedian Trevor Noah.
